Very interesting. I did not know the Gillette building was a sound buffer for freeway noise, but it does make sense if you think about it.
In my opinion people should see these videos and take note of the information in them. I'm born and raised in St Paul, 65 years. This project as is, is furthering some people's political career.
If the taxpayers are paying for most of this (the govt should not be supporting so many things) there should be some sort of payback to the taxpayers. I was a State govt employee for 33 years I know what goes on.
This should be a year-round facility otherwise this is a waste of space, downtown needs more attactions to get it back on its feet.
How many more buildings are going to be vacated before the powers that be, come to there senses. We need a year round facility to draw people downtown for more than a few months in the summer.
The picture of the ballpark in San Diego is awesome! It's inconceivable to me why the Mayor wouldn't want to pursue as many options as possible before taking a position. I think your design is outstanding! It most assuredly deserves serious consideration if nothing else. A multi-use facility just makes SO much sense. Keep fighting the good fight, I know how hard you've been working, and how much you really love this city. Saint Paul needs more people like you!! As for the Mayor, perhaps between now and the next election he could take a look across the River at R.T. Ryback who is a truly outstanding Mayor.

You are the best.
Great Video. I think the mayor should make this required watching for all involved in the planning of this ballpark.(Himself included).

This is a soaring vision... such a winning proposal... if given the opportunity, Saint Paul should be proud to embrace it!
